Michael Regan

I had the good fortune to be born into a home with a Christian father and mother, with an older brother and sister. From early memories, every Sunday was church, and the standard for living was the Bible. When I was 10 years old I accepted Jesus as my Lord and savior, was baptized and joined the church. By the age of 13 I had some serious doubts, and when I was 17, I left the church for the next 25 years. I did not like the regulations. I just wanted to have a good time.

Between 1975 and 1977, several things came into my life. Each one by itself did not seem important, but the combination of them led me to buy a Bible. I did not buy a Bible to find God, but to look up a comment that I had heard on the radio that had aggravated me. Finally, some months later I decided to look into the book of Revelation, and after reading that book, I bowed to the Lord God, on my knees for the first time in 25 years. More details of this complete transformation of my life are in chapter 6.

That dynamic conversion led to my habit of reading the Bible for hours every day. Morning and evening, every morning and every evening for several years without ever missing a morning or evening in the Bible. With my new found knowledge of the Bible, I very quickly became a teacher of adults in church, and I have spent many years as a Bible teacher, in churches in Colorado and Oklahoma. I am a scientist by university degree, and in my profession, and I love the scientific method of testing truth to see if it will truly stand. I have also been gifted with an exceptional I.Q. With these gifts, I have written about, and in some cases, I have challenged some church doctrine. Whenever I have done this, I am not saying that the church is wrong and I am right. What I am proclaiming is that the church is wrong, and God is right. All of my arguments are founded in biblical scripture.

When I first decided to read the Bible, I was very apprehensive, because I have a mind that seems to automatically pick out inconsistencies, and sound the alarm that what I am reading is not true. Well, good mind or not, I can unequivocally state that God’s word in the Bible is absolutely true. It is obvious that the Bible has only one author, the LORD God, and about 40 secretaries. The Bible is true historically, it has been proven time and time again with archeology, and it is scientifically proven by hundreds of prophecies that have already been fulfilled.

Know This

In all of your life, only one thing is important: receiving eternal life through a saving faith in Jesus Christ.

If you have faith in Jesus Christ you win, everything — forever.

If you fail to receive Jesus Christ as you Lord and savior, you lose, everything — forever.
